Formulated innovative ways to support the Project Team Leader to implement the project activities and provided technical advices to local partners organizations and beneficiaries (SMEs and entrepreneurs). Supported the Project staff and coached them to implement tasks related to project in an effective way in the West Bank and in the Gaza Strip. Developed annual budgets and plans for the project. Facilitated establishing networks with partners and stakeholders from all sectors (public sector, private sector institutions, international Organizations, and NGOs). Provided Training of Trainers’ seminars for the Project staff and stakeholders in the field of business planning.
