      Highlights & Achievements• Reduced cost of packaging by switching to a thinner material that would still hold the pizza effectively but was easier to work with and seal. I was able to speed up the sealing process and cut cost by 0.10c per package.• Reduced wastage by changing the process of applying toppings to pizzas.• Streamlined staff start times to minimise time spent doing unnecessary jobs. Pizza production begins an hour before packaging begins.
