      On March- April 1989 head of United Nations Coordination Office in Islamabad Mr. Martin Barber was seeking for a person to assist UN for implementation of Mine Action in Afghanistan while UN trained 3000 Afghans in basic demining training to go to their villages and clear mines as they did jehad, but went none Until requested me for doing , I establish ATC in 1989, right after establishment In less than three month I started actual successful Mine/ UXO Clearance operation on the road between surkanay and asad abad on 6 January 1990, the first ever successful operation in the world, which this give ATC an acceptation among all organizations so far were trying to do so. from the day UN requested me I worked hard and I was director general at ATC As director general I managed all aspect of organization to make ATC a successful, reliable, disciplined unique, standard Mine and UXO clearance and highly managed organization to be the UN funded first successful humanitarian Demining organization in the world.
