  1) I was responsible for teaching english to class 11th students2)My responsibility included bringing their communication skills from grass root level to normal English speaking level due to their background and less interaction in English in their upbringings3) I started to explain the chapters in Hindi then followed by making them write some words in English along with their meanings in class4) During the last few lectures I ensured each one of the students recites the subjects poem, shares his or her ideas in English itself 4) I also made them send their homework through mails in order to make them used to with technology rather than making them sending the scanned copies of the homework5)My duty was also extended to create a healthy English atmosphere in the online classes6) Overall I was happy as a teacher that at the end of 6 months everyone started speaking in English and some of them even tried to speak without any kind of mother tongue influence Show less
