      • Leading the procure to pay process for numerous sites and companies , supporting the sales function of the business• Processing supplier invoices for relevant companies to include 3-way matching of purchase orders, delivery notes & invoices• Ensuring accuracy in processing and posting daily PO's and invoices within systems• Preparation of weekly payment runs & clearing all invoices when approved for all companies, coordinating RCT filing• Adhoc duties - supplier set up / RCT set up / Utility closings• Helping implement new processes and procedure with automation of systems • Assisting in month end close - Creditors Rec's / Bank Rec's / RCT returns• Assisting with board packs and Year End Audit• Developing and implementing corporate governance, risk management, policies & procedures and to comply fully with all applicable tax laws etc• Managing all stakeholder relationships which includes auditors, banks, insurance brokers, estate agents and solicitors.• Coordinating the strategic financial plans, including budget preparation, financial forecasts, insurance, tax and performance.• Managing the company cashflow, including accounting operations, cost, inventory, funding and Revenue recognition.• Developing and managing reports on KPIs results.• Working in conjunction with the Construction and leadership teams to monitor and manage KPI’s, budgets and profit margins effectively.• Managing all finance and accounting operations across the business including all statutory financial reporting requirements and liaising with external accountants/auditors on such matters as audit and tax compliance.• Providing advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.• Reporting to the MD on spending trends, cost-savings initiatives, and margin opportunities.• Manage LPT registrations as necessary.
