I was the HR partner responsible for the manufacturing unit. The role included the following major activities• Recruitment and On-boarding – Sourcing candidates for Executive, Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager Roles; doing preliminary interviews for these roles; preparing offers and on-boarding process for all new joinees.• PMP - Supporting employees in target setting , midyear reviews and annual reviews• CMP - Doing competency mapping and identifying individual and departmental training needs• Employee Engagement and WCA - Designing & deployment of Employee engagement calendar and supporting employees in the Working Climate Analysis process & facilitating WCA meetings for different departments. • Being the one point contact for all employees in the unit and handling grievances, supporting them through their entire life cycle in the unit.
