  Activities and Responsibilities:• participation / according support for workplace managers from the plant to hazards identification and risks assessment for each job / profession / work process;• collaborating with plant team in order to have implemented and followed Safety rules / standards in the plant;• communicating, follow-up implementation of Lafarge Group standards, putting in attention if Lafarge requirements related to local legislation;• performing Safety Induction and Specific Trainings for new comers in the plant and for the contractors which work for the plant;• collaboration with authorities and consulting the company’s employees;• coordinating yearly trainings for plant employees and contractors based on specific activities Safety requirements (Working at Height, Confined Spaces, Mobile Equipment, etc);• organizing, coordinating and performing of yearly training program of engineering and technical staff based on Lafarge operational Safety standards in order to improve their Safety knowledge and training technics;• performing of Safety audits in plant workshops and preparing of report presentations (.ppt) in order to eliminate dangerous conditions;• developing operational instructions for specific activities (confined spaces, work tools inspection, access control in damaged areas); • organizing, coordinating and performing of practical exercises, Safety competitions and simulations of exceptional situations in practice for plant and contractors staff (Working at Height Safety rules, simulation of rescue in case of falling from height, scaffolding rules, etc.);• coordinating of activities in construction sites (investment projects) inside of the plant in term of Health & Safety - see in PROJECTS.
