  I had the chance to enter GE Oil& Gas as an intern, in the Quality function of the Turbomachinery business.In this role, I was part of the team responsible to plan and manage the business' internal audit plan, and I was assigned to keep the metrics relative to the audits execution and the resulting findings: I also conducted one of the audits, led by the business' Quality Leader.I partecipated in two big projects:- the rejuvenation of the business' Quality Management System, which involved the review of the whole body of Quality Procedures and Work Instructions- the introduction of a new planning software platform, Primavera P6These two assignments thaught me a lot about working in a goal-driven environment, in big cross-functional teams and with tight time constraints, thus proving precious professional and personal growth experiences.   Field Service Engineer apprentice

  During my time at CCM Tech, I worked as a Field Service Engineer apprentice, making hands-on experience in the disassembly and maintenance of heavy duty gas turbines - General Electric MS5002, PGT10, PGT5 - and reciprocating compressors - Nuovo Pignone 4HM.This experience helped me tremendously in gaining insight and direct knowledge about turbines and compressors' working principles, components, assembly and disassembly, maintenance and related issues.
