  Conso Int’l was a manufacturing facility with multi-site networking and technology needs. As a member of the IT team, I helped implement, design and rollout a major Windows 2003 Server/Active Directory/Exchange upgrade from a SCO UNIX system. With an adept leadership team, we provided support during and after the upgrades as well as educating the employees of various departments on how to utilize their new technology in their current role. We also maintain an Inter-Tel PBX system which manages call volume and routing.
