  i was incharge of our outside storage facilities, this entailed managing all our stock stored at outsourced storage , daily stock checks on transfers and invoicing of the stock movement from outside storage. making sure that FIFO is implimented by my fellow stock controllers when releasing stock from there. also sitting in on the daily route planning for next day deliveries. making sure there is sufficient stock for the orders, also building of export loads for the sales team and making sure that stock id not used for other orders. doing monthly stock takes at the outside storage facilities and sitting in on stock take meetings after stock takes are done. also doing the receiving and invoicing on a daily basis as well as assiting our production and deboning plant with the flow of finished product by alocating stock for blast freezing and chilled product for chilling. this is monitered daily.
