I helped create a functional Group Exercise schedule that increased member satisfaction and NPS scores. I also reduced expenses and increased revenue for both programs and membership. My team was 2 full time and 74 part time employees. Handled Branch operations for all departments. Came up with strategies for fundraising and growing the budget. Increased revenue and decreased expenses to help the branch. Lead a team of 4 full time and 61 part time employees. My role grew from Health and Wellness Director to overseeing both H & W and Membership / Marketing for the Northwest YMCA. I handled outside marketing and internal marketing for this branch. Assisted with Afterschool and Summer Camp Programs. Fiscal management and fundraising were also key components of this role. I lead a staff team of 32 part-time and 2 full time positions .
