  At Karvy, I collected and handled data of various Urban Local Bodies for the 'Swachh Sarvekshan' survey by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India. I managed data to ensure that profiles of these bodies are complete on Karvy's platform. Once all information pertaining to the survey was collected, I was responsible for handing it over to other authorities.

  During my time at Bausch + Lomb, I worked on two projects: 1. Review of the Surgical Equipment Service Portal (SESP)a) The aim of the project was to update the installation base of the same. I took the sales register of the past 8-10 years from the finance department and prepared a list of the equipment installed or sold at different locations across the country, factoring in their annual maintenance contracts and comprehensive maintenance contracts. b) I extracted the existing equipment installation base and checked for the accuracy of the same. The check included the review of equipment name, serial numbers, installation date, warranty period, and validity of contracts. c) I noted gaps that would be eventually addressed by the way of addition, deletion, or modification of records in SESP. 2. GST validation a) The aim of the project was to update files of clients, validating their GST numbers registered with different salesmen across the country. b) I received client information registers from the salesman of the firm and prepared a list with their GSTIN information. I marked the clients without GSTIN separately. c) I ran the GSTIN numbers on the government website. I found names, places of businesses, and GSTIN statues on the site and recorded everything on the client information register Show less
