The new regulation allows promotional expenses to be considered as part of selling expenses. However, there are several requirements that must be satisfied before promotional expense can be deducted. One of them is that The Taxpayer must attached a nominative list of promotional expense in Corporate Income Tax Return (CITR).2. Responsible for physical audit on inventories and assetsYearly, the company conduct physical count on inventories (raw material until finished good) and assets (Computers, Machinery and equipment) in every distribution offices and factories in all over Indonesia.
