  I was appointed at the maintenance department where my main objective was to supervise the maintenance work. During my tenure I learned about the materials of construction used for various types of chemicals and gases. I got to know about the frequent problems faced and what possible ways the problems could be resolved.I along with the team of engineers was deployed in the erection of the new drying tower. The main challenge was to place the sections according to the nozzle orientation as the sections look similar.Maintenance and repair work of HCl furnace. 26 cooling blocks was visually inspected and then hydraulic tested to find the faulty cooling block.I had also studied the working of various types of machines and systems which are part of the Industry.
