  While at Kmart, I was a cashier but I also often ran the customer service desk too. I provided excellent customer service. I would get the registers counted and set up in the mornings or count the registers down at night and count the money for the entire store. I did returns, sold lottery, and sold money orders for customers as well

  In this position, I answered the phone calls coming into the ER and directed the various calls to the appropriate persons or department. Another part of this position was to page providers on call throughout the hospital for the ER provider to consult with. I also checked charts at night to ensure that they were complete before being sent to medical records. For the registration aspect of this position, I would go to patients' rooms in the ER to register the patients to ensure accuracy of their demographic information in the system and also to ensure that they were billed properly.
