  Organized event campaigns for ​Gliders in Comic-Con Annual Fest. Designed 15 helmet thematic vinyls, and received 57,186 online hits on Facebook. Gliders' sales boosted by 50% in Q4. Renovated PVR BluO’s Play-Station Lounge at the Ambience Mall, Gurugram​. Created and installed digital ​wall-artworks​. Gained an increased footfall of 500+ customers in the Lounge. ​The lounge gained 5x footfall and media coverage.

  Designed and facilitated L&D sessions for 4 Program Managers and 80 TFI Fellows, building their instructional practices and leadership. Impacting the learning outcomes of 2100 students across the city. Worked as a consultant with Teach For India, Samait Shala, and Safal Education Foundation. Curated 3 films for TFI Alumni Team. Trained and coached 100+ teachers in 5 low-income schools in Ahmedabad city. Achieved a growth of 2.5 levels in Literacy, and 55% improvement in Math Mastery, while imbibing values, self-awareness, and exposure to the world, in primary grades of a low-income school, in 2 years.

In my role as a District Lead, I supported the District Education Department to activate School Management Committees, Teachers' Collectives, and Panchayats of 350+ Government Primary Schools across the district.
