This facility processes 120,000 liters of liquid milk and 80,000 liters of byproducts such as paneer, ghee, buttermilk, flavored milk, curd, and others. The project required an investment of approximately 120 million rupees for infrastructure and 340 million rupees for technologies. Upon completion of the first phase, I successfully managed the operations of the plant and continued to handle other ongoing projects in a phased manner.Additionally, I have been involved in a fit-out project for 50 retail outlets of the Flourish Purefoods brand, with an estimated cost of 68 million rupees.
