      Began as high school volunteer with new organization in 2001 and advanced in the organization to become the first National Youth and Student Coordinator for this nationwide anti-racist, social justice organization. Member of Steering Committee as of 2003.Responsible for mentoring and developing the leadership of young activists and volunteers for various social justice campaigns. Led logistical and program planning for large events, including: conferences, mass protest, meetings, workshops, street meetings, press conferences and forums.Led multiple campaigns against police brutality, including but not limited to marches for: Sean Bell, Oscar Grant, Trayvon Martin, Tamir Rice, Mike Brown, Freddie Gray, Marissa Alexander, Sandra Bland, Alton Sterling, Philando Castille and more.Assisted in developing educational materials for national campaigns. Wrote and edited informational written documents, videos, flyers, fact sheets, power point presentations and more.Traveled throughout the United States to assist with the development of branches of the organization nationwide.
