      Jun 2020 - Mar 2024
      Associate

Responsibilities were to supervise and manage day to day operations with customers, and make sure their quality of service is well managed. Interacted and provided customer service with 25-40 guests at one time on a daily basis. Pushed productivity by sizable margins when working. Received many customer service surveys related to me with many positive experiences.

      Aug 2021 - May 2022
      Teaching Assistant

Demonstrated proficiency in manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, casting, and CNC programming.Provided guidance and support to students during lab sessions, fostering an environment conducive to learning and experimentation.Facilitated laboratory sessions for undergraduate students in a manufacturing lab setting, assisting in the preparation of lab materials, ensuring safety protocols and procedures were followed.

    • Rgv Web Design

      May 2022 - Sept 2022
      Freelance

Worked to build up a client base for a US based web design agency. My role was to manage leads and nurture them to sales. I refined my skills in web design and development using tools such as Webflow and Figma to create high quality websites.

      Apr 2023 - Jun 2024
      Undergraduate Research Assistant

Work with Hum Industrial on evaluating and developing a freight railcar onboard condition monitoring wireless module. Utilizing a UTCRS’s developed algorithm, the prototype’s effectiveness and efficacy are measured off its RMS and temperature results provided by the use of accelerometers and temperature sensors. Helped develop an Adapter to Bearing temperature correlation for operating bearings. Understood how the wireless module works and detects defective equipment by analyzing the collected data from the experimental apparatus.Assembled and maintained machinery, single bearing and four bearing axle testers in lab, including thermocouples, VFD’s, current meters, and accelerometers to measure different parameters using LabVIEW, Arduinos and MATLAB for data gathering and analysis. Sept 2023 - May 2024
      Project Lead & Mechanical Engineer

Project Design's goal was to Model and Control a Mechatronic System using the "Ball on a Beam" approach, which in turn would help provide hands-on experience in numerous different classes such as controls systems, mechatronics, and system dynamics. As a project lead, I successfully lead the team to manufacture a working prototype, which will later become a product in use at our campus. This was done by firstly setting goals and deadlines to follow. As a mechanical engineer, I successfully created a 3-D printer structure that would seamlessly integrate with other electrical and mechanical parts of the project. This includs things such as a DC motor, sensors, and arduino boards. This was done using SOLIDWORKS to design the whole system then transfering these drawings into the 3-D printers to reliably obtain our pieces. I also took part in programming of arduinos to control the motors which turned our lever to stablize the system. Show less
