Assisted with project management activities including project planning, creating monthly project status progress report and LOE estimates. Led QA automation for Public Sector clients for large scale custom development program based on Microsoft technologies. Responsible for planning & estimations of QA activities from start to release and post production, preparing schedules, managing QA resource assignments, mentoring new joiners come up to speed with knowledge transfer sessions, coaching them with team processes, writing test cases and documenting test results. She has driven analysis and selection of Jama Contour tool for test case management, used this project as a pilot to document test cases, execution results and generate reports like Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Test Results Summary from the tool.Created UI automation framework and test scripts with Selenium 2.0 web driver for multiple modules to automate the complete regression test suite. These automated test scripts are currently being used for regression testing and data creation purposes.She also worked on analyzing TFS (Team Foundation Server) for User story and Test case management and is currently involved in TFS adoption project for a large custom development program.
