   Designed, developed and supervised injection molds, SPMs, jigs, fixtures and conveyor systems to enhance the production and quality of surface coatings on the deep drawn steels and Aluminium castings. Designed Phosphating, Chromatising, and painting conveyors, collaborated with PLC programmers, vendors with fabrication facilities and in house supervisors to meet production targets, safety and quality standards. Led NPI projects from concept to mass production of the special plastic products used in conveyors. Designed rotary assembly tables, portable drilling machines for BSP and Metric threads in aluminium castings, automated fixtures and boosted productivity and consistency. Modelled 3D die-cast cores and cavities for CNC programming using Solidworks and Delcam in the Tool room.    Led the redesign of excavators and engineering of earth-moving machines by visiting Terex facility at Germany, supervised 8-member team at offshore and delivered CAD designs after creating heavy castings using FEA. Enhanced truck side body designs through 3P analyses by selecting high-yield materials, reducing thickness, in collaboration with FEA experts. Saved ~€1000/truck and reduced overall cost by 15% and weight by 10% Expanded project scope from 600 to 15,000+ hours by establishing efficient workflows, fostering customer collaboration, and identifying additional business opportunities.  Earned “Associate of the Year” award and contributed to team accolades. Optimized wheel loader design and integrated a new Scania engine (to meet US Pollution standards) through structural modifications and subsystem rearrangements. Travelled to Peoria, USA to support the boom truck Crane outrigger design and led offshore team in design, collaborated with SME’s and FEA team to ensure optimal solutions.
