  Design, development and commissioning of an IT solution (web, desktop, mobile) for taking inventories at all OLA stations (formerly OILBYBIA): support for inventory work, production of accounting statements. In spite of very tight deadlines, the mission was to develop a mobile application (in two days) to replace an inventory terminal and enable inventory statements to be taken in all OLA (formerly OILYBIA) companies/agencies in Cameroon by barcode scanning, associating an image (showing the state of the property) with each asset inventoried, and at the end, produce a report in EXCEL format (showing by city and by location zone the different items with bar codes, and the different location zones inventoried, also with bar codes) and in PDF format, showing for each item the different photos, as well as the statistics in numbers by city, by zone and by category. Finally, he accompanied DELOITE & TOUCH for almost a month on the task of evaluating the inventoried fixed assets.Results: An Android and desktop application for taking inventory by barcode scanning deployed on 16 Android phones, assigned to 16 teams of 2 people; An inventory report (over 20,000 items) generated in PDF format, showing photos and statistics in numbers by city, zone and category; A report generated in EXCEL format for processing inventory data; Nearly one month's support from Deloitte&Touch, for the financial assessment of the value of the inventoried real estate assets.
