During this time he has acted as the Executive Director Technical Services on numerous occasions.Paul leads a high profile department that strives to provide a range of Parks, Public Open Space, Reserves and Streetscapes within the City of ArmadaleKey Achievements - Paul attended a national Bushfire Risk Mitigation Study Tour with other Department Premier and Cabinet delegates in 2011, following the Roleystone Bushfires within the City of Armadale.- Paul has been involved with the development of a number of strategic documents including; Citywide Strategic Playground Plan, Annual Groundwater Use Report, Public Toilet Strategy, Parks Facilities Strategy, POS and Streetscapes in New Residential Development and the Urban Forest Strategy.- Paul was instrumental in initiating an Urban Forest Strategy at the City of Armadale and was one the first Local Government Authority to do so.
