  I realized the need for our national company to have in-house CPR/AED instructors monitored and managed by the Guardsmark Learning and Development department. I contacted the AHA and coordinated with the AHA regional advisor to develop, receive approval at the national level and implement the first national training center. I managed the national AHA training center, conducted instructor courses, purchased materials, maintained accurate written and electronic records.
