   Revise probabilistic cost estimates using "Crystal Ball" software. Designing and optimizing direction plans using LandMark's COMPASS software. Well design and selecting casing points based on PP-FG data and offsets data. Bit/drive mechanism selection and BHA design to ensure achieving direction requirements, best drilling performance - in terms of ROP and cost/ft, optimum drilling mechanics - torque, drag and hydraulics -, and avoid related drilling problems such as sticking and twist-off. Drilling mechanics analysis using LandMarks's Well Plan software.  Revise with engineer offsets drilling problems and preparing proper mitigations in terms of casing point selection and mud type/weight/inhibition with cooperation with mud Co. Preparing casing and cementing programs for different sizes of casing and liners including proper slurry weight and design with cooperation with cementing Co. Casing strings are checked against stresses using LandMark's STRESS CHECK software. Liners are also analyzed for rotation using LandMark's Well Plan software. Setting different options of different well planning aspects – such as casing point selection and directional plans – and ranking them based on Pros & Cons to support management decision making.
