That involved supervision of employees, customer service, audits, & lending (both consumer & commercial). My final 3 years at City National Bank were spent in the Training Dept. I was responsible for training new tellers and customer service persons for their new job responsibilities and duties.

  I was involved in the underwriting/approval process for prospective home mortgage loans. I would review several documents, including the appraisal, loan application, supporting income documents, and other pertinent items to access the credit worthiness of the borrower. In addition, I would site missing items or clarification needed for final approval.
