  Als Supervisor was ik de rechterhand van de projectmanager. Wat inhield dat ik als supervisor verantwoordelijk was voor de techniek en kwaliteit van het project. Ik moest uit naam van de projectmanager de techniek en kwaliteit beoordelen en goedkeuren. Dit startte al vanaf de initiatiefase waarbij ik de technische aspecten van het projectplan moest beoordelen. In de voorbereidingsfase diende ik de uitvoerende partijen te selecteren aan de hand van de uitgebrachte aanbiedingen. En tijdens de ontwerpfase diende ik de ontwerpen ( SO, VO, DO en UO ) te beoordelen en goed te keuren. In de realisatiefase lag het zwaarte punt vooral op de veiligheidsprocedures en de kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden zodat er in de nazorgfase er geen problemen zouden ontstaan tijdens de inbedrijfstelling en verificatie van de aangebrachte technische installaties.As a Supervisor I was the right hand of the project manager. Which meant that as supervisor I was responsible for the technique and quality of the project. I had to assess and approve the technique and quality on behalf of the project manager. This started from the initiation phase where I had to assess the technical aspects of the project plan. In the preparation phase I had to select the executing parties on the basis of the submitted offers. And during the design phase I had to assess and approve the designs (SO, VO, DO and UO). In the realization phase, the emphasis was mainly on the safety procedures and the quality of the work so that no problems would arise in the aftercare phase during the commissioning and verification of the installed technical installations. Show less Als Projectmanager was ik eindverantwoordelijke voor alle aan mij toegekende projecten. Als projectplan diende de in opdracht gegeven offerte. De projecten voerde ik uit conform de prince2 methodiek. Waarbij ik het project onderverdeelde in de 6 fase namelijk: • Inititatiefase ( opstellen Project Initiatie Document ) • Voorbereidingsfase ( opzetten projectteam ) • Ontwerpfase ( SO, VO, DO, UO ) • Aanbestedingsfase • Realisatiefase • Nazorgfase ( commissioning en verificatie )Qua opbouw van het project gebruik ik twee product stromingen. Namelijk Management Product (MP) en Uitvoerings Products (UP). In de MP zitten alle zaken die benodigd zijn voor de stuurgroep. Te denken aan de voortgangs rapportage, de kwaliteitsborging, de Risico analyse, planning en wijzigingsrapportage.Bij UP hield ik me ook bezig met bijwonen van bouwvergaderingen ( als directievoerder maar ook als aannemer van de uit te voeren werkzaamheden, het inhuren van personeel) aanspreken van onderaannemers. Maar ook maakte in gebruik van een helicopterview als het gaat om het ontwerp en de kwaliteitsborging van de uit te voeren werkzaamheden.As Project Manager I was responsible for all projects assigned to me. I divided the project into the 6 phase: In terms of the structure of the project, I use two product streams. Namely Management Product (MP) and Execution Products (UP). The MP contains all the matters that are required for the steering group. This includes progress reporting, quality assurance, risk analysis, planning and change reporting.At UP I was also involved in attending construction meetings (as a manager but also as a contractor of the work to be performed) hiring personnel, approaching subcontractors.   Ten behoeve van Movares heeft CapriCorn Advies de rol van Supervisor Verification & Validation Fire Safety en E-installaties voor het opgestarte Programma Hoogfrequent Spoorvervoer (PHS) CS Amsterdam "Oosttunnel" mogen uitvoeren. In deze rol diende CapriCorn Advies het Technisch- en Uitvoeringsontwerp te controleren aan de hand van de wetgeving en gestelde eisen van ProRail en de NS. Tevens heeft CapriCorn Advies twee wekelijks een waarnemingsronde uitgevoerd waarbij gecontroleerd word of de aannemer de realisatie en commissioning conform het wetgeving, eisen en afgesproken proceduresOn behalf of Movares, CapriCorn Advies was allowed to perform the role of Supervisor Verification & Validation Fire Safety and E-installations for the initiated High-frequency Rail Transport (PHS) Program CS Amsterdam "Oosttunnel". In this role, CapriCorn Advies had to check the Technical and Implementation Design based on the legislation and requirements set by ProRail and NS. CapriCorn Advies also performed a biweekly observation round to check whether the contractor had carried out the realization and commissioning in accordance with the legislation, requirements and agreed procedures. Show less Als Asset specialist brandveiligheid diende ik ervoor zorg te dragen dat, naast dat ik , alle Brandveiligheid assets in het Facility Management Database zet ook alle Brandveiligheid assets voorzien zijn van Serviceplannen. Waarbij het organisatorische gedeelte van Asset Management ( opzetten van processen en procedures) niet vergeten mocht worden. Processen en procedures die onder andere opgesteld moesten worden waren: Management of Change, Commissioning, Werk instructie Log-Out Tag-Out, Werk instructie impairment verzekeraar Show less Als Supervisor Fire Safety ( Toezichthouder brandveiligheid ) heb ik taken voor het bevoegd gezag uitgevoerd. Wat neer kwam op het inspecteren van bestaande gebouwen op brandveiligheid. De inspecties diende conform de huidige wet- en regelgeving uitgevoerd te worden waarbij het zwaartepunt lag op het Bouwbesluit 2012 bestaande bouw. Dit waren niet alleen de installaties maar ook de bouwkundige en organisatorische aspecten (BIO maatregelen).As a Fire Safety Supervisor I have performed tasks for the competent authority. Show less Als Maintenance Engineer Fire Safety was ik verantwoordelijke voor het inregelen en adequaat bijhouden van het onderhoud aan zowel bouwkundige als ook installatietechnische assets. Tevens trad ik op als directievoerende als het ging om de brandveiligheid van de projecten. Hierbij lette ik op de technische uitvoering van de uit te voeren werkzaamheden maar ook op de veiligheid van het werkende personeel… Dus waren de blusmiddelen en vluchtwegen voldoende aanwezig. Een taak waar je een grote uithoudingsvermogen voor nodig hebt omdat projectorganisaties de inbreng van een onderhoudspartij over het algemeen niet accepteren.As Maintenance Engineer Fire Safety I was responsible for arranging and adequate maintenance of both constructional and installation-technical assets. I also acted as director when it came to fire safety of the projects. I paid attention to the technical execution of the work to be carried out, but also to the safety of the working personnel… So there were sufficient fire extinguishers and escape routes.   Tijdens mij carrière heb ik moeten constateren dat organisaties er van houden om projecten onder te verdelen in bouwkundige, werktuigbouwkundige en elektrotechnische werkzaamheden. Wat tot gevolg heeft dat brandveiligheid (waar CapriCorn Advies is in gespecialiseerd) niet met een helikopterview bekeken en ontworpen wordt. En daarmee extra duur wordt voor de eindgebruiker van het pand.
