  Guiding a team of veteran and new grad therapists as we provide services for all behavioral health related needs in an acute setting, the emergency department. We are efficient, effective, and empathic. I pride myself in my ability to work within a team, improving systems and procedures. I have had the opportunity to work within many departments of behavioral health. I have been successful as an inpatient behavioral health case manager,as an individual and group therapist, as an assessment and referral specialist (crisis services) and as a utilization review coordinator. Many of these years were spent as a team lead. I greatly appreciate being able to provide service and care to both patients and peers.
