      - Coordinate the daily operations and activities of the HRVEC, consistent with the plans and goals set forth by the Hampton Roads Workforce Development Board, and in compliance with all applicable federal, State and local laws, rules, regulations and policies. - Provide supervision and direction to HRVEC staff, including assigned partner organization staff, as required and necessary.- Maintain and document a customer assessment process that results in the development and implementation of realistic employability plans that support the occupational skills training and/or employment goals of HRVEC customers. Identify and facilitate access to WIOA and non-WIOA training providers and funding resources for HRVEC customers.- Plan, schedule and facilitate HRVEC customer orientation sessions, topic specific workshops and other informational seminars. Maintain an ongoing calendar of HRVEC events and activities.- Implement customer outreach and recruitment activities to include briefings at local military installations and on-site with military partner organizations. - Track and monitor actual performance in relation to HRVEC goals and other objectives. Identify and make operational adjustments in consultation with the position supervisor, as warranted.- Maintain HRVEC customer records and compile regular and ad hoc reports.
