To follow up booking receive from customer based on trade involved:- Receive S/I (Shipping Instruction) through email Intra / MyMSC from shipper, - Check & ensure details of shipping instruction are completed, - Cross check the rate agreement / contract rate number with the SI before releasing booking acceptance, - Assigned booking number into MSC system & DBR (Daily Booking Recap), - Send Booking Confirmation to shipper, - Send D/O (Delivery Order) to shipper,- Give S/I to Sales / Freight / Sales Support for rating purposes.2. Update Cargo Booking in the excel file.3. Create and send the updated sailing schedule to shipper every week.4. Update booking on MSC system at any time once there is changing of vessel or any new arrangement from Regional or any shortfall cargo.5. Check and tally proforma SOB (Shipped on Board) feeder vessel received from Traffic with MSC booking.6. Check and tally SOB (Shipped on board) mother vessel receive from T/S port (SIN/BUS/NBO).7.
