I owned the product line P&L performance of $42M per year business unit. • By optimizing my expertise in six sigma methodologies I was able to address crucial safety and quality concerns in the loading/unloading of units; through collaboration with the engineering team we created a new, more streamlined handling design that improved safety, quality, and time management.• I undertook the leadership role for an operation with 600 past due units and an average of <85% on-time delivery (OTD); I spearheaded the conversion to an electronic Kanban system, cutting production to one shift with additional builders on two lines, decreasing past due units to zero in 25 months and maintained an average of <20 units past due going forward.• I achieved a 97% OTD on new build orders and 99% OTD on aftermarket orders.
