  This role includes reviewing PPI complaints from the beginning, when the complaint comes in via the customer all the way through to the end. Using various banking systems I look into the history of the customer and investigate, weather the customer has PPI and if they do how it was sold to determine whether or not it was missold. This requires making targets, investigating complaints and contacting customers to find out information from the point of sale.
