  Successfully leads the development and alignment of comprehensive Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways, ensuring students are equipped with the skills needed for success in today's workforce. Design and implemented over 80 hours of high-quality professional development for over 150 classified and certificated staff members annually, including Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), Staff Development Workshops, and District In-Services. Oversee the district's instructional coaches; implementing systems and frameworks to assist in driving instructional excellence across all CTE offerings. Lead CTE grant writing and management, that includes CTEIG, K12SWP, Golden State Pathways, NIAG, and other state and local grants.
