      Advanced top achiever 2017 award - Aug 2017 Whilst leading the creative team (web, design, social, paid and SharePoint specialisms) through a change transformation process and owning our marketing and creative agency relationships, my work during this time led me to receive the ‘top achiever 2017 award’. My work to professionalise the M&A brand process, and bring together a federation of small businesses under the single brand vehicle, Advanced, saw this estimated 18 month project accelerated into a 6 month window.
