I managed client intake, drafted Parental Responsibility Agreements after reaching an amicable solution, conducted mediations with the disputing parties, and facilitated free legal aid workshops for community members. I managed new interns as part of orientation, organized court schedules for all interns and advocates, handling assistant administrative roles such as drafting documents, managing client inquiries, scheduling document pickups, and liaising with court process servers.
