  In-Store Order Fulfillment

  Utilizing re-purposed iPhone 4s, I accepted orders from online shoppers during Nordstrom’s summer sale and collected their purchased items from our in-store inventory. Once an order was fulfilled, I tagged the items and ensured they reached the correct customer. In addition, I aided in rearranging the floor late at night and assisting shoppers with locating certain articles of clothing.

  As Vice President Fraternal, I worked as a liaison between our housing management and the landlord of the property to conduct repairs and accommodate those who wanted to live in the house or were currently living in. This involved drafting and revising a formal housing contract which I designed to benefit both parties based on their requests. I also assisted with the planning and execution of our yearly Formal event, organized quarterly bonding activities, penning chapter materials for recruitment, and booked study rooms to provide quiet study spaces for midterms and finals.   As a Classroom Access Assistant, I handle a variety of back-end and front-end tasks to ensure students receive their exams with the proper accommodations requested. Working under FERPA compliance guidelines, I manage communications between our office, UW students and UW faculty to schedule exams and scan/return completed exams in a timely manner for grading. I am also in charge of additional projects to improve new employee training and ease of access, such as writing our first ever Testing Center training manual and most recently a Frequently Asked Questions webpage for students and professors.   As a Logistics Processor at Nordstrom, my primary duty is to ensure the flow of online orders accepted by our store are fulfilled and packaged correctly either for delivery or in-store pickup. This involves locating clothing items throughout our store and inventory, communicating with vendors to restock on specific items, packaging and mailing orders through the correct mail carriers, and so forth.   As an Administrative Medical Specialist, my duties involve processing medical records requests for caseworkers. Using case information provided internally, I input the client’s vital information on a 729 form and print official records requests on letterhead. Once I’ve collated the documents, I mail the request to the specified provider via physical mail, email, or FAX. Digital copies of these requests are scanned and logged electronically for our records, along with the original copy being returned to the caseworker. Show less As Purchase Order Coordinator for Oregon State Department of Human Services, I process caseworker requests for items and services necessary to meet Child Welfare compliance standards. These requests include gas and clothing vouchers, worker reimbursements, vital statistics requests, and access to court-ordered services. Once approved, I generate the purchase order documents and supply additional information before the purchase is complete. If a request is made for a business or agency outside of the State's network, I am the first point of contact for requesting a W9 form and establishing a provider number. Show less

  AI Trainer for English & Technical Writing

  As an AI Trainer for Outlier, my objective is to challenge and enhance large language models by introducing them to unique prompts based on specific criteria. I produce three to five prompts per request, selecting the AI’s best answer out of three responses. Depending on the criteria set by the employer, these prompts adhere to a specific domain, category, and guidance throughout the entire conversation. This can include extracting historical information from a PBS article and rewriting it into a poem, identifying cognates between three different languages for an elementary school worksheet, or requesting syntactic breakdowns of finance reports.
