  As the Emergency Response Team/ Life Safety Systems Manager, I supervise a dedicated team of Emergency Responders and Life Safety Technicians. These members respond to all emergency related issues on site, including chemical spills and releases, employee injuries, hazardous process material alarms, fire alarms, emergency evacuations, Emergency Operations Center activations, hazardous gas releases, etc. I am responsible for the protection of people, the environment, and company assets. All of our dedicated responders have completed OSHA and NFPA required training and are capable of assuming command of our emergency response activities. My current responsibilities also include managing the Ocotillo Site Life Safety Systems, including VESDA, Permalert, TAS, HPM monitoring, and general evacuation systems. As the Fab 22 Safety Engineer, created and tracked leading and lagging indicators for F22 Factory Operations, including Recordable, DACs, Good Catch, and Early Reporting. Analyzed data and modified safety focus areas to address safety trends. Coordinated resourcing for a professional safety video that was shot on our site with assistance from the Intel Video Team. Video was released to the entire Fab population. Presented out safety indicators to Fab personnel on numerous occasions and participated in numerous Q/A sessions with technicians, addressing multiple safety related questions and/or concerns.
