May 2019 - Feb 2021Marketing CoordinatorA legacy brand in UK education, the GDST is a group of 25 independent girls schools across the country.Utilising experience in campaign management and brand development to deliver the agreed vision and strategic plan for marketing and advertising for the central GDST brand and our 25 schools. Driven a 12% increase in brand awareness for the GDST, as well as a 20.6% rise in external applications at Year 7 in GDST schools. An econometric study in 2020 showed GDST brand comms have delivered 740 additional accepted places in 3 years, which equates to £43m in additional fee income. This is an ROI of £18 for every £1 spent. Management responsibilities include:● Creation and implementation of all GDST advertising campaigns with top creative agencies, including media planning. Notably the GDST national multi-channel brand campaign and Sixth Form campaign (digital, social, OOH & press).● Strategic and creative counsel for Marketing Directors in 25 schools. Advising on full spectrum of school marketing activity.● Marketing consultant on Trust-wide activities, incl. new admissions systems.
