  Joined BeMasterly (a subsidiary funded by Navneet Education) as a Intern.- Developed user flows, high-fidelity wireframes, and conducted on-field and online research and prototype testing for OMR software plug-in, incorporating feedback from 10+ tutors / coaching institutes and achieving 4.2/5 UAT Rating.- Conducted detailed competitive analyses, diving deep into user experiences, user flows, and feature landscapes of competitor products. This exploration laid foundation for informed decisions, guiding improvements in our own product's user journey and features.- Collaborated closely with Product Manager to conceptualize user journeys, contributing to strategic solutioning of fee management module, achieving 4.5/5 UAT ratings. Led end-to-end UI/UX design process, creating a streamlined and visually engaging interface from scratch.- Created a comprehensive design system with 200+ components from scratch for SAAS product revamp, resulting in a 30% reduction in design production time.- Transformed login experience, migrating from username/password to phone number/PIN, resulting in an expected 20% surge in active logins, a potential 10% user satisfaction increase, and seamless alignment with strategic objectives for self-serve registration and SAAS product advancement.
