      The Joffe lab uses model organisms to understand discrete prefrontal cortex circuits and the role G-Protein coupled receptors have within these circuits. We look at neuron activity, synaptic plasticity, and animal behavior are regulated by these GPCRs. -Facilitate the recovery of the ill and injured by providing them critical everyday assistance. -Perform clinical skills such as monitoring vital signs, ECG signals, and overall patient condition. Take fluid samples and other specimens for testing. -Assist nursing staff with administering basic treatments and care for patients.
