   Oversee the lab, inspection, pouring, after casting and concrete repair processes through reviewing pouring schedule information, plan and readiness of the site before any pouring activities as instructed by shift coordinator. Ensure all pouring procedure are within the acceptable standards. Maintain compliance of all on-site concrete test, pouring activities with American concrete institution (ACI) standards. Identify concrete mixture condition by collecting samples; conducting inspections and physical tests. Perform the site visit/ walkthrough to ensure effective coordination between execution & safety team. Prepare End of Shift reports and regular site activity reports (daily, weekly and monthly reports) and send them to the concerned parties.
