I also organized large amounts of clients' banking records. Every time I came home from school at Auburn University (Summer & Christmas), the staff at Sam Bone CPA were kind enough to welcome me back to work.

Being a dockhand is a non-stop interactive job in order to achieve maximum customer happiness and safety. I pumped gas into customers' boats; worked closely along with mechanics; delivered boats across Lake Martin to customers; and worked as a secretary organizing records, answering phones, navigating computer systems, and working interactively with all involved customers. Heartstrings moved locations while I was employed there, and I was involved in reorganizing and redesigning the factory layout.   Auburn University Lego Lab Promotional Video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ttL1QzWc7gQI teach the lab portion of the Lean Manufacturing class where students work over a semester to learn Lean concepts by working a simulation of a large scale automative manufacturer. The students work in an assembly line to build Lego Cars and Lean concepts are introduced iteratively throughout the semester. I also assist in teaching Six Sigma concepts in the Six Sigma class to add on to Lean concepts the students learned before. After completing these two classes and completing a senior project, students are certified with an Auburn University Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt. Show less

  During my time as a Performance Improvement Intern for Medical City Healthcare, I had the opportunity to work in the emergency departments, operating rooms, med-surg floors, and administrative offices. I created scorecards for the emergency department in order to identify best practices and drive improvement. I completed labor analysis projects for the division office. I spoke at multiple leadership events on lean practices. I also performed a lean analysis project on nursing processes, working closely with hospital staff to determine areas of improvement.
