      Senior Human Resources Manager in a manufacturing facility with three labor unions. I led and directed my team to manage all HR employee lifecycle functions (recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance management, labor relations, off-ramping), as well as training & development, and oversaw safety and regulatory compliance. A few notable accomplishments:• Restructured production union jobs including new shifts, scheduling, and job responsibilities, resulting in a 75% reduction of called-off shifts within three months• Completely reconstructed recruiting, selection, and onboarding processes, providing an 80% reduction of time invested and 60% reduction of new hire turnover• Delivered facility’s highest-ever employee engagement scores• Established highly-structured New Hire Orientation and 90-day growth plan, introducing basic production processes, finance, Continuous Improvement methods, and advanced food safety Show less Having already earned an SPHR, I filled the role of a Corporate HR Manager from 2011-2012. A lengthy medical leave arose that needed to be filled for about a year. I performed that role full-time while overseeing management of the Corporate Learning Services department. During that time, I provided all HR support for ~1000 corporate associates, including organizational development, professional development, and consultation services to corporate executives and their teams.As Manager of Corporate Learning Services, I provided learning and development services for 4000+ associates of Kroger's corporate headquarters and offices in multiple locations. I designed and managed two Learning Resource Centers and a computer training lab, and created and implemented strategic plan to meet development needs for all associates. I used assessments to determine needs and priorities and I provided performance consulting as well as career development and coaching. Created, sourced, and implemented learning solutions, ensuring sound usage of adult learning principles and outcomes to meet business goals.
