  Pelopor Adventure Camp is an institution that has a focus on resource development through natural media. As a group observer, I am responsible for making psychological observations to all training participants. On several occasions I also participated in creating competency indicators which are the basis for assessing a person's self-profile. The work output that I produce is the form of observation reports that are both quantitative and qualitative to all training participants.

  As a training program director, I design training programs based on the results of the Training Need Analysis that I did. Based on the results of the Training Need Analysis process, there are several competencies and concrete learning points that are the learning targets. Then I translate these points into a series of development programs whose success can be measured. I also helped prepare all the necessities needed such as facilitators, equipment and others. I also work with several co-workers who being the training facilitators. For the result, the training program that I have arranged can run well.   In the Recruitment Management Department, initially I was responsible for coordinating a section that carried out manpower fulfillment in 76 company branches. Until the following year I began to explore my knowledge in the field of Web Career and Applicant Tracking System. Finally I got the opportunity as a Project Manager to work on and build company's Web Career including with an applicant tracking system, recruitment analytics and also AI which is able to make it easier for recruiters in selecting thousands of candidates.Within ten months, the number of candidates generated was three times the number of candidates within one year on the previous web career. The presence of Red Berries makes many recruiter jobs more automated and easier, increases the amount of recruitment capacity and makes the recruitment process faster.
