  As the expansions team head, I ensured everyone completed their tasks of adding and updating schools in the database, maintaining organization, meeting deadlines, and driving the team's efficiency. As a batch manager, I am responsible for overseeing all tutors and coordinating with them to ensure smooth class operations. I must monitor the performance of each room and ensure that all standards are met. Additionally, I coordinate with the school to stay informed about upcoming exams or holidays and ensure that attendance records for both tutors and students are accurately maintained. As a member of the communications team, I manage the expansion efforts by identifying new schools and adding their details to our database. I ensure the database is updated weekly, enabling the cold calling team to reach out and seek potential partnerships.
