Implemented Pentair’s Lean / Six Sigma process by executing diverse Kaizen events, introducing 5S and maintained all Lean Improvements. Directed 4 Team Leads and 51 reports. Manage 3 production/operation sites in Cleveland. Safety: Impact Incident Frequency Rate with Behavioral Based Safety, TPM, and 5S audits resulting in a reduced rate of 1.63 -> 0.7. Quality: Greatly improved the Parts per Million metric from 5,631->4,724 through Quality Recognition Kaizen Events. Cost/Productivity: My site realized an overall Productivity increase of 5% from 2012 -2013 as a result of the creation and implementation of a new Training Program, improved Standard Work, and Site-Wide 5S improvements. New Product Introduction: Directed the launch of 20+ production lines that increased market share by 16%.
