      - Led the City of San Antonio's $1 M "Emergency Housing Policy & Risk Mitigation Ordinance". The City Council adopted the policy ordinance in March 2019; developed a longitudinal assessment process using metrics for impact measures.- Developed the 1st Equity Metric for allocating over $10 M of funds on several "Home Repair Programs" using geospatial, multi-criteria, environmental and socio-economic measures. - Led the inter/intra city's Annual Affordable-Housing Report.- Co-led a city-wide outreach campaign for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development's Analysis of Impediments (AI) to Fair Housing Choice.- Created the asset maps package for San Antonio Southtown Arts District.
