  The National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology (NCSIST) primarily aims to enhance national defense technology capabilities, establish independent defense industries, and expand defense and dual-use military-civilian technologies. After graduation, I joined NCSIST Missile and Rocket Research Institute under the Research and Development Substitute Military Service, and successively worked in the Launch System Department and Jet Propulsion Test Department.Jet Propulsion Test Department - Sep 2016 to Apr 2019● Designed and analyzed pressure vessels and piping based on international standards, ASME BPVC Sec. VIII, ASME B31.3.● Designed pneumatic mechanisms, fixtures, and interface adapter equipment for test facilities (High Speed Wind Tunnel).● Drafted P&ID, 3D component drawings, 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Solidworks.● Writed design and analysis reports.● Participated in planning and execution of pilot tests, as well as troubleshooting issues.● Served as a project engineer in the expansion project, including conceptual design, preliminary planning and design, detailed design, and procurement management; used MS Project for project scope, scheduling, and tracking.● Conducted performance management and supervision of outsourced processing equipment.   Worked in the CEO's office of the AX Group, located in the headquarters at Neihu, Taipei, and operating in the form of a Project Management Office (PMO), it assists in managing the operations and project execution of AX-CELLENT GREEN ENERGY & REPRODUCTION INC. AX-CELLENT is a waste treatment plant primarily focused on the sintering of non-hazardous sludges such as D-0901, D-0902, D-0999 through heat treatment. The treated sludge is then transformed into lightweight aggregate for reuse in public engineering, aiming to achieve the goal of a circular economy.● Led project stages from concept, feasibility, and planning to delivery and operational readiness. ● Improved materials handling and combustion systems through pilot experiments. ● Developed P&ID, layout, conceptual design, front‐end engineering design (FEED), and detailed design for various systems, including waste gas, water circulation, cooling, and alkaline solutions. ● Implemented real‐time cloud monitoring systems and established inspection procedures, providing guidance to engineers on testing methods and producing risk assessments and maintenance recommendations. ● Managed internal and external stakeholders and maintained effective communication throughout projects.
