  Irrigation channels rehabilitation for the Norwegian Refugee Council 'NRC'. Al Shhabi farm.Main Responsibilities:• Checking and evaluating the status of the channels to find out the real damage and calculate the quantities of the parts in need to be replaced or maintained. • Correcting the inclination and straightness of the channels in order to meet the design ones using leveling equipments. • Ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard. • Communicating, meeting, and coordinating with the project managers and representatives from both NRC and the syrian government. • Allocating tasks and responsibilities to workers on the ground and motivating them to work towards common goals. • Using communication and problem-solving skills to resolve workplace issues. عرض أقل
