  Conducted over 10 Community entrees and liaised with community elders and religious elders to research pastoralism, agriculture, Social and economic status of the people, climate change, and migration in their community.Used mobile devices such as kobo collect for data collection, and Epi Info 7 for data entry.Carried out Key Informant interviews (KII) with 10 religious leaders, 10 Community leaders, 10 women leaders, 10 government officials, and 10 youth leaders on agriculture, climate change, COVID-19, security, pastoralism, girl child education, General wellbeing, income, Aspirations and the challenges facing the community. Conducted Focal Group discussions (FGD) in 3 LGAs with 90 people in attendance and discussed in detail the social and economic situation of the people living in those communities, as well as the kind of intervention they needed to implement.Interviewed 500 women, men, and youth on climate change's impact on their lives.Documented and analyzed data using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other statistical tools.Worked with other team members to Come up with statistics regarding climate change and the impact of pastoralism on women and girls.Position II: Field SupervisorSept 2023 – Dec 2023RESPONSIBILITIES:Accompanied and supervised field officers to administer questionnaires in 5 different communities in Gombe state.Worked closely with the project team to facilitate the implementation of fieldworkResolved problems and disputes when they were in the field.Lead the implementation of women and youth empowerment through the provision of seed capital and grants.
